Man arrested for ABH and breaching Lincoln ban |

A man prohibited from entering within a 10-mile radius of Lincoln, tested those conditions this morning (Friday 15 May), and was quickly tracked down and arrested following a coordinated police response. At around 6.30am, officers were called to reports of a disturbance at an address in Lincoln. Moments later, a man was seen fleeing towards an alleyway off Burton Road. Watch the video on our website to see how a drone was quickly deployed, capturing thermal and aerial footage as the suspect ran through gardens, scaled walls, and attempted to hide between and climb over garages. Thanks to the rapid response and clear view from above, officers on the ground were able to track and detain him within the hour. An 18 -year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of two counts of actual bodily harm (ABH) and breach of bail conditions. He remains in custody. Inc 39 of 15 May refers.
